It was my first visit to the salon, Sarah and her team were very welcoming. At my patch test, my hair was also tested to see how it would react before my colour appointment, which I thought was a great idea. I came in with a very warm dark brown that didn’t suit my greys, plus having to have appointments every 3-4 weeks to cover, and Sarah transformed me to a natural blonde. I love it—my skin tone looks so much better, and I’ve had many compliments.

I honestly couldn’t tell you how much I love going to my appointments!!! I’ve been going to Sarah for just over a year now, and she’s so thorough and explains everything perfectly, listens and understands exactly what I’m after and it’s perfect every time🫶 you can see just how much passion she has for her work and it’s so lovely to see!! All the girls are such gorgeous and genuine people and always such a lovely experience 🤎

A fantastic salon that offers a first class service. The staff are excellent and the products they use leave your hair looking and feeling gorgeous.

At last I have found a hairdresser who can actually cut my unmanageable hair (wavy & generally all over the place), making it look lovely even when I style it. Sarah is excellent, taking time to understand what I want but applying her skill and knowledge on what will work and suit me. Definitely a keeper!

Highly recommend the team at Flo&Co. Sarah and Lucy are brilliant at offering advice on colour and style, especially for someone with fine hair like myself. I look forward to my visits, as I am constantly being given new tips to keep my hair in great shape between my regular visits.
